A large and impressive Japanese carved ivory okimono, Meiji, depicting Yamauba with Kintaro and monkeys, signed and with seal mark, 31cm high, (s.d.).
Generally in good order. Several pieces of foliage are detached and in seperate bag. The finger of monkey pulling foliage is off and missing.
