A good Victorian tortoiseshell boulle casket, 19.5cm wide.
Two small cracks to lid on rear left back edge, each approx. half a centimetre long, crack to rear centre of lid back panel approx. 5cm long, several other small cracks, leather to base has some cracking and minor loss. All brass intact, hinges work correctly and are tight, generally in good condition considering age and use.
