A Mintons painted porcelain plaque, painted with a scene of Pavia, signed, 15.5cm diameter.
Framed glazed and paper over reverse which is stuck down. No damage or problems evident. Looks in good condition. Impressed marks visible and painted title. Frame a little distressed and gilding has cracks.
