More Information

There is a shallow well in the top which we believe was once for an inset leather top. The surface here is not perfect. There are the usual dents and scratches particularly to the legs. The legs all look as if they have some degree of warping but this is not bad and not noticeable unless you are looking for this. Both drawers catch when being closed and there are rubbs on the bases of both so the runners will need attention or replacing. The rear panel is quite faded and the polish is cracking and deteriorating. There is a break in the brass gallery at the rear. There do not seem to be any additions or repairs to the structure. Veneers seem fine no sign of lifting seen. No cracks seen to veneers. Please see the additional photographs for a better idea.
