An early 19th century Scottish mahogany eight day longcase clock, the 13in silvered arched dial inscribed 'Stewart, Glasgow', 209.5cm high, with winding key, weights and pendulum.

Dial silvering deteriorating, minute hand slightly bent, some minor surface rusting to hands, cracks in both side panels of hood, frieze decoration has some cracks, material behind frieze cracking and in poor condition, cracks in both lower side panels of body, cracks to plinth base on all three sides, the usual dents and scrapes to feet, service label dated 1978 to rear of face, movement looks quite clean, generally the condition is quite good considering its age. The door is flat. This clock is a private entry and we would expect it to be working however we cannot guarantee this.
