Hallmarks clear.
There has been erasure to the bodies of all three pieces.
Some denting to all three pieces.
The base of the tea pot has been crushed on one side and therefore the tea pot wobbles and leans to one side.
The milk jug base has been crushed and therefore does not stand completely straight.

There are ivory insulators to the handle of the tea pot and therefore importing to some countries maybe forbidden by law.
