Valuations

We can provide written valuations for insurance, family division, or inheritance tax purposes. Our formal written valuation fees are £100 per hour (plus VAT). We also offer completely free pre-sale valuations, without obligation, on individual items and collections at our showrooms, or by appointment at your home. Monthly Auctions

Our Antique Auctions will typically contain 1,000 lots of antique and modern furniture, ceramics, clocks, pictures, works of art, carpets & rugs, which not only appeal to the general public but also attract many specialist collectors and dealers in their field. As well as being able to view all lots on our website, we publish illustrated catalogues which are widely distributed.

Specialist Auctions

Silver and jewellery auctions are held on the day preceding our Antiques Auctions. We hold an Oriental themed auction in May and November, these sales are timed to coincide with Asian Art Week in London and our targeted advertising ensures a good attendance by specialist buyers and collectors. We also hold specialist auctions of alcohol, coins and books periodically

Auctions on Site

We would be pleased to consider organising auctions at your own premises for large collections or businesses. Recent auctions include the contents of a country house; the dispersal of the contents of a renowned Chichester hotel; and the disposal of the contents of a private school.
